There are several attractions in Raleigh, North Carolina. The first attraction is Morehead Planetarium and Science Center. Morehead Planetarium and Science Center is the largest planetarium in the United States. It features a 68-foot, domed Star Theater and Zeiss Model VI Star Projector. The second attraction is The North Carolina Museum of Art. The North Carolina Museum of Art has a great collection of European and American art. Some of most famous paintings are from the Renaissance and the 19th century. Some of the other art forms are Egyptian funerary art, sculpture and vase painting from ancient Greece and Rome.
The third attraction is Pullen Park. Pullen Park was founded in 1887 by Richard Stanhope Pullen. The park’s best features are Pullen Aquatics Center, Pullen Community Center, Pullen Arts Center, and Pullen Amusements which includes the Pullen Park Carousel. The fourth attraction is the Sarah P. Duke Gardens. The Sarah P. Duke Gardens is one of the most recognized gardens in the United States. The fifth attraction is the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences. The North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences is the largest museum of its kind in the Southeast. It best feature is the North Carolina Museum of Forestry.
